Our print products are printed on-demand, using your private photos. As such we do not offer refunds or exchanges in situations where a customer simply does not like what they have ordered. Any goods that are returned to us will be destroyed and not resold.
We offer a reprint for items if they are defective, damaged, the wrong order or if there is a problem with the product itself. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send a Reprint Request to Info@print-mypix.com. We require proof of the damaged item and the original packaging. You must include photos of the packaging and damaged or defective item in your email. Once your Reprint Request is approved we’ll send a reprint at no cost to you ASAP.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/reprinted product to reach you, may vary.
Since we don’t accept returned items, should you return your product to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances if you receive a refund which is at the sole discretion f Print MyPix, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the tracking information says that the order was delivered, but the item did not arrive, then a reprint or refund is at our discretion. This happens with less than 0.1% shipments, and we may be able to file a claim on your behalf, but in a number of cases claims are denied even when we believe we have the right outcome.
If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered into our system is correct, we will reprint and reship that order to you at our cost ASAP.
However, we need to wait for the official transit time to pass before we submit a new order:
- Standard shipping – 12 business days
- Expedited shipping – 5 business days
- Overnight shipping – 2 business days
- International shipping – 21 business days
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, we either need to wait for the order to be returned to the vendor and reship it at your cost, or you could place a new order to reduce delivery time.
