Can I change the shipping or billing address of my order?
Yes you can but you need to send us an email with the correct address details and the order number as soon as possible. Send the email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order.
I'm not happy with the product I received.
Firstly we aim to please with every order we deliver so we’re not happy unless you’re happy. You’ll need to send us an email to email@example.com and describe to us why you are not happy and what is wrong with the product including helpful pictures of the item. We will do our best to make you happy.
My product arrived damaged.
We make every effort to ensure all items are correctly packaged for safe delivery, but sometimes things can go wrong. You can send a Reprint Request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include pictures of the damaged item and also of the packaging in the email. Please keep all packaging in case the courier needs to inspect it. Once the reprint request is approved, we’ll ship a reprint at no cost to you ASAP.
Can I ship to an address other than my home address?
Of course. We can ship to any valid shipping address. We can’t ship to a P.O. Boxes.
What image file types can I upload via the Print MyPix website?
Our website accepts jpg, png and gif file types.
My image is not supported by your file uploader. What can I do?
You can try to use an image converting application to convert the image to a suitable format. We can also try to help. Just send us an email to email@example.com.
Is there a maximum image file size?
Yes, the maximum file size is 30 MB.
I uploaded the wrong image in my order. Can I change the image?
This is usually not possible given our automated ordering and manufacturing processes. Email us and we could offer you a discount on your next order.
I'm not sure if the image I've ordered is copywrited or not. What happens if it is?
Your order will be suspended and you will be contacted.
Where is my order? Are shipments tracked?
You should have received two emails from us. The first is an order confirmation, meaning we have confirm we have received your order. A second email is then sent confirming the order is shipped and this email contains a tracking link. Just click on the link to see where your shipment is.
Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
If your tracking number is coming up invalid it is most likely because the order was shipped recently. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to activate. If after 48 hours your tracking number is still not active please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some of my ordered items are missing in the delivery. Will I receive another delivery?
What are your shipping options?
Since we ship various products all over the world, we use a variety of shipping methods to optimise delivery time, cost and speed. In total we use up to 15 different carriers.
Ensure you select the country you want to deliver to on our website. Only products available in that destination are visible to you. All shipping options available for that product including expidited shipping options will be shown in the interface.
Who do you ship with?
We use a variety of shipping companies. For example UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and more.
Why do you charge my credit card before the product is produced?
At the time of the order you credit card is only pre-authorized for the total amount plus taxes and shipping charges (if any). Your card is only charged when the item is shipped.
I have cancelled my order. Why can't I see a refund on my credit card?
Please email us if you have not seen a refund within 5 business days. Chances are the funds are refunded. It can jast take some time to process the refund.
Can I pay with cash or check?
Unfortunately no. We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments only.
